Welcome Home: Arrival, Appetizer & meeting eachother
We will pick you up at the train station and drive you straight to our private countryside home. Before we start, we will welcome you with a fresh, organic local appetizer and a warm herbal tea.

The Dance of Connection: Mindful Tango Session
We step into our private, light-filled dance studio. No previous dance experience is required!
We use the beautiful codes of Argentine Tango—the embrace, the axis, the shared step—as a moving meditation. You will explore the art of leading and following, deep listening, and connecting with yourself and your partner in total presence.

Organic & Km0 Harvest Lunch
You’ll sit down to a beautifully prepared lunch made entirely with organic, locally sourced (Km0) products from nearby farms.
A true «mindful eating» experience. We will savor the rich, authentic flavors of the region, sharing stories and nourishing our bodies in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere.

Into the Wild: Conscious Forest Bathing
We will step into the stunning woods of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. This is not a fast-paced sports hike, but a slow, conscious walk along the river.
Through gentle breathing exercises and sensory invitations, you will learn to listen to the whisper of the trees, feel the crisp mountain air, and immerse yourself fully in the healing power of nature.

Closing Circle: Farewell Ritual & Offering to the Earth
To wrap up this magical day, we will gather for a heartwarming closing circle.
We will perform a traditional gratitude offering to the Earth, thanking the mountain and the forest for hosting and protecting us today. You’ll leave feeling deeply restored, grounded, and inspired before we drop you back at the station.
